Three chances to see the World's Best Economist provide a forecast of the US and Oregon economies

That's right, I have been invited by three different groups to give a presentation on the US and Oregon economies.  The first presentation is the most "vanilla," and provides a forecast of what to expect in this turbulent economic turnaround.  The second presentation build off the first and provides a look at real estate markets and how that may affect state and local government budgeting. The third presentation is forum on Oregon's perennial source of problems, better known as the Public Employee Retirement System.
